Installed the aileron bellcrank brackets on both wings. I first drilled the bracket holes to 3/16", and drill the other hole using #12 drill bit if needed for fitting. The run-on torque of nutplates varies. In instance of run-on torque is greater than 25 in-lbs, I add 10 in-lb more to the run-on torque and call it final torque. There are three bolts with high run-on torque.

Drilled the bellcrank bushing using 1/4" drill bit, polished the bushing to fit the bellcrank tube. Everything looked ok. I realized that I had to remove the bellcrank brackets I just installed to install the bellcrank assembly. I will leave that task to a later time.

PS: I had to remove the bracket and re-install later for bellcrank assembly
