08-18-2014: Two nutplates on forward spinner bulkhead found broken

09-21-2014: Bent the the right side tie down ring at Roseburg, OR. No damage found

09-28-2014: Hobb and Tach hours shown on Skyview don't match what they should be

10-08-2014: Baffle crack on the left rear baffle reinforcement flange for oil cooler (66.2 HOBB, 56.3 TACH)

10-17-2014: Built wing jackings

10-19-2014: Installed landing gear leg fairing

10-20-2014: Test flight with leg fairing, ball is about 5/8 of ball to the right

10-21-2014: Test flight with leg fairing and wheel pants, ball is about half ball to the right

11-17-2014: Taped rudder trim tab, the ball is centered at cruise speed

01-20-2015: Checked baffle crack at 83.8 HOBB (70.6 TACH), no crack propagation

03-28-2015: Dropped off the airplane at Cascadia Aviation LLC of KAWO for paint job

06-06-2015: Paint job, first condition inspection is done. The paint job is 10 ft job, need to do wet sanding and buffing to improve the appearance

06-23-2015: Vibration on the floor seemed increased compared to pre paint, removed spinner, checked prop hub, and blade track, all ok

06-30-2015: Prop is dynamically balanced to 0.05 IPS by Northwest Propeller at KPLU

08-16-2015: EGT reading on #2 is change dramatically, while CHT on #2 is stable, this could be a bad EGT sensor. It started after I tried to do LOP for a flight from Yakima to Paine field.

08-23-2015: Decowled for oil change, found the oil cooler bracket is cracked, stop drilled and will keep eye on it.

09-16-2015: Replaced #2 and #4 EGT probes. They are burned out and giving jumpy readings

09-22-2015: First flight after EGT probe replacement, the #1 CHT reading is abut 60deg lower than the rest.

10-03-2015: Swaped #1 and #3 CHT probes, the #3 is reading low now. The probe needs to be replaced. 

10-05-2015: #1 CHT probe is replaced. 

02-27-2016: Oil and filter change

05-02-2016: #1 EGT reading is jumpy, need to replace #1 EGT sensor.

05-05-2016: Condition inspection started, issues founded:

                        - Spark plug lead wires for top #2 and #4 cyl rubbing each other

                        - Left fuel tank inboard attaching bracket to spar web missing two bolts, the third

                          one is not torqued. This got to be from the paint job done last year, they forgot

                          to install the bolts
