Time for oil change today. Removed the cowlings, and found this. I just stop drilled the crack. I am thinking that even the bracket is not there, the cooler is getting support from the brace bar that is attached to the engine. And the brace bar could be the reason why the crack is there. The brace bar is getting more load into this area. I will keep an eye on this location and see how it goes.
