Started working on rudder. Spent sometime to understand the drawing and how the stiffeners should be trimmed. Used hack saw to do a rough cut of the trim, followed by scotchbrite wheel on bench grinder. Not done yet, will continue on the stiffeners tomorrow.
Stiffener strips are cut to half, there are totally 16 stiffeners
Trim line is marked on the stiffener per drawing
Hack saw is used to do the rough trim, two at a time
Scotchbrite wheel on bench grinder is used to refine the trimming.
