right side rudder stiffeners are clecoed to right rudder skin, and final drilled. Stiffeners are trimmed, smoothed, deburred and primed. Started de-vinyling the right skin.

Right hand side stiffeners are smoothed. The notch created by the guide hole is also trimmed
Right hand side stiffeners are scuffed, cleaned and primed. Primer is not dried enough to be dimpled, some primer will come off.
