Right hand side rudder skins and stiffeners are deburred, dimpled, cleaned, primed, and riveted together. Back riveting technique is used. There is a minor incident during back riveting. One rivet was hit by the rivet gun without the back riveting plate properly placed. There is a minor dent around the rivet. Won't be a structure issue, only cosmetic. Need fill it during painting. Other than this, everything went well for the first time using back riveting.
Right hand side rudder skin and stiffeners are riveted. The protective cover is only removed along the rivet line on the skin, and priming on the skin is only done along the rivet line. Other areas will be primed later, after all the holes are final drilled and deburred

Close up view of the shop head of back-riveted rivet. Some primer came off during the riveting process (if cured a few more days, this shouldn't happen). Will touch up later
