Dimpled and primed the trim tab reinforcement plate. The rivet holes on the nutplate are also dimpled. Stiffeners and the trim tab reinforcement plate are riveted to the skin. Skin is then bent to final angle using the home made breaker.
Left elevator skin is primed along the rivet lines on the interior side
Trim access reinforcement plate is drilled to left elevator skin
Female dimple set is ground off to dimple the K1100-06 nutplate
Trim access reinforcement plate and nutplate are dimpled
