Started clecoing counterbalance skin to tip rib and C.B rib of left elevator
C.B skin and ribs are clecoed
Counterbalance weight is drilled to #12 size, WD-40 is used as lubricant
Skeleton of left elevator is clecoed
Left elevator skin is clecoed to skeleton, left elevator horn is also attached
The holes on root rib and elevator horn don't quite match, need to do some search to figure out how to get it right
