Deburred, dimpled and primed all left elevator parts. Made a mistake to dimple the top flange of the trim tab spar which needs to be machin countersunk.
Clamped the trim tab spar for machine counterskink on top flanges
Didn't pay attention to the instruction, I had the top flange dimpled. After realizing the top needs to be countersunk, I used the pneumatic squeezer to de-dimpled the holes on the top flange
The countersunk holes. the spar is a little too thin for countersinking, but with the elevator skin and hing on top and bottom, the joint strength should be ok.
