Started working on trim tab today. Made good progress, but the trim tab is not as nice as I hoped for, but it should work just fine.
Have interior side of the tab skin primed, ready to be bent

Trim tab after bending trailing edge

Bend line is marked on the inboard side

Wood block is used to bend the tab

Inboard side is bent, the wood block is slipped a little, making the bend line moved inboard, this caused a problem on attaching the trim horn shown below

Because the bend line moved inboard, the outboard trim horn has to be trimed, making a short edge problem. As you can see later, I drilled another hole to fix the short edge problem

Outboard side of the trim tab is bent

Short edge margin on the ourboard trim horn

I drilled another hole (at least 3D away from the one with short edge margin problem)

Piano hinge is clamped to the trim tab for drilling
Hinge is match drilled

Hinge is match drilled

Top flange of trim tab spar is machine countersunk

Bottom flange of trim tab spar is riveted to the skin. I don't have a longeron yoke as many other builders, so I just bucked the rivet using tungsten bucking bar. It is pretty tight space, but I managed it. However, some primer is scratched off due to awkward way to hold the bucking bar.

Shop heads of the bottom flange of trim tab spar to skin rivets. Some of the primer on the top flange is scracthed off, need some touch up later

More shop heads of the bottom flange of trim tab spar to skin rivets.
