08-04-2011:

The outboard holes on W707F left are dimpled here. The instruction says to machine countersink the holes, but I dimpled here for a stronger joint. Just need to remember dimple the aft rib flange when it is time to mate the rib to the rear spar

The top flange right above the reinforcement fork is impossible to dimple after the fork is riveted to the spar channel. So I drilled the holes to size #40, and dimpled the flange now

Dimpled top flange of the spar channel. The flange is distorted slightly during dimpling  due to limited space for dimple set. I had to use hand seammer to correct the bend

Spent some time to study the drawings, then masked the holes that do not need to be riveted using paint tape

More Taping

More taping on the reinforcement fork

The top row of rivets are accessible to my pneumatic squeezer, so I riveted them first

Close up view of the shop heads, looking good
