I drilled the center rudder bearing block F6115 to the brace F6118. I first clamped F6118 to firewall stiffener, make sure the block fit the tube, and drilled brace using the block as a guide. I then move the rudder assembly to the other two aft locations, drilled the brace for the optional positions. I bent the tube slight back so the out of round deflection is reduced slight. The rudder operation is smooth with this amount of out of round.
Then I clecoed the side skin to firewall, and the fuel tank attaching brackets back to fuselage. I then drilled the side skin to the lower longeron. I only drilled a few holes on the longeron so I can cleco the bottom skin to it. I will drill the rest when bottom skin is in position.

Center bearing block is drilled

The brace is drilled to firewall stiffener using angle drill

Brace is drilled

Edge margin is good on the brace

The brace is drilled for other two rudder positions

The bracke is trimmed. I decided not to cut the lightening holes

Bottom skin is back on (update 9/9/12: the bottom skin was installed incorrectly, the side of bottom skin should be inside the side skin)
