Today I started off countersinking the 6 Z brackets, then installed the nutplates on them. 3 nutplates on each bracket. I squeezed the rivets using hand squeezer. Hand squeezer is not that hard to use, actually I liked the control you get by using hand squeezer, unlike the pneumatic squeezer which is pretty much one-shot deal.
Platenuts are riveted using hand squeezer
Manufactured head is flush with the Z bracket
Nutplates are installed on 6 of the 7 Z bracke, no nutplates on the 7t Z bracket
