Finished riveting the ELT brackets to fuselage. I installed nutplates on all the holes instead of only 4 per Vans instruction. Just in case I need use the bracket for other purpose.

It is pretty hard to get pop rivet installed here. I had to use two nut as shim to get the rivet pulled
