My knee is still complaining from a surgery two days ago, but I can't help to spend some time on the airplane. So, the left flap work continued. I match drilled all skins to spar and ribs. Also I fabricated shims between the rear rib flange and rear spar using 0.025" sheet aluminum. FL-706 A/B are fitted and drilled to spar and ribs. Looks like I only need to countersink the bottom spar flange before doing final preparation, deburring, dimpling, priming, for riveting.Hinge is drilled
Hinge alignment looks good
Top skin is match drilled
FL-706A/B are clamped together for match drilling
FL-706A/B are drilled and fitted to the rib and spar
The inboard end rib is match drilled
Shims are fabricated for all interior ribs, but I only used two of them due to I used reinforcement plate to address the concern of possible short edge margin problem
