Final drilled the main ribs to both front and rear spars, and final drilled the nose ribs to front spar. Then I went ahead deburring the main ribs, and opening up the tooling hole above the pitot tube holes to 1/4" using step drill. The final drilled holes on the rear spar were also deburred. Next step will be
1) clean and prime the main ribs
2) Dimple the rear spar bottom flange where the spar joins the main rib. The instruction calls riveting the main ribs to spars after priming. However, there is no way to dimple the above mentioned locations after riveting. Better dimple it now.
3) Dimple the bottom flange of main ribs where the rib joins the rear spar, for the same reason above.
