Worked on the lower fuselage gusset F7114-R a bit. The fit is not great, I had to trim the gusset a little to clear one shop head of a side rivet. Then I cut the thread of a 6" 7/16" hardware store bolt, and tapered the head a little to make drift pin for wing mating. The pin goes through the bulkhead easy with a little WD40 as lubricant.
I decided to drill F7114 before mating the wing, so I bolted the F7114 in place using one 4.5" long hardware store bolt, and one drift pin in another hole to keep it in place. The I drilled the five bolt holes to 11/64, followed by a pass of 3/16 ream. All is good. I just loosely put the nuts on, will tighten them to spec when left side is done.
