Installing control sticks took longer than I thought. The washers between different moving parts are extremely difficult to install without a washer wrench. I might need to buy one. At a price of time, I got all the linkage installed, also drilled the 3/16 hole on removable passenger stick per Van's service bulletin to secure the stick. The link between the two sticks needs some fine adjustment, but I will do it later during final installation. I am good for now.

Link between the two sticks are assembled. The length is set per plan. But I found I had to reduce the length a lot to make the two sticks parallel
