Finally, the missing vent line fitting sleeve is here so I am able to continue working on the fuel tank today. Just have enough time to have the final rib, the inboard rib riveted to the skin. The attaching bracket and reinforcement plate are also riveted. The hard part of fuel tank building is over.

Inboard rib is clecoed to the tank skin

Vent line is trimmed to length, and ready to be connected to the fitting

I had to use two MS-319 pop rivets here. I installed the vent line fitting on the inboard rib before riveting the rib to the skin. The problem is that bucking bar won't be able to get to the two rivets above the fitting. Use of pop rivet is no a concern structurally.

Inboard rib is riveted and sealed

Vent line is screwed to the fitting and sealed with sealant.

Vent line passes through ribs via bushings
