My order of AA6-125x1x1-1/4 angle arrived today. I made rudder stop per Van's drawing a few days ago, but they are too short that the rudder range exceeds the limit Vans specified. I had to order additonal material to make another set.
Making the stops second time doesn't take much time. Everything fits right on this time.

The gap between the elevator corner and rudder is about 1-1/4" per plan
Fuel line cover support bracket on left side is drilled
The fuel line cover fits well on the left side
