Work
on Horizontal Stabalizer Rear Spar. Need file the edge of the rear spar
stiffener. The edge are rounded using scotchbrite wheel on bench
grinder. The edges that are close to the rear spar bend are filed,
followed by scotchbrite wheel grinding. Now the rear spar reinforcement
bars HS-609PP can sit flat against the rear spar HS-603PP.
