Continued to work on the rear spar reinforcement bars. Ends are rounded. Smoothing the surfaces took some effort because some of the milling marks (scratchs and dings) are pretty deep. Used scotchbrite wheel to remove the deep milling marks. One area I had to remove quite bit material to get rid of the milling marks, leaving a thinner cross section. But according to Van's, as much as of 10% thickness can be removed without japordize the strength of the reinforcement bar. Peace of mind. Will measure the dimensions and do a strength analysis on the rear spar.
