-Bolt H-411PP to spar, cheap torque wrench stripped one bolt, exchanged torque wrench and need to order extra bolts
-rivet the skin to all inside ribs, leaving only the end ribs and rear spar to be rivetted, will leave this open until having a Tech Counselor take a look.Have some smileys on the front spar channels, sent pictures to Vans and they say it's not a problem. Also the one skin thickness gap between the HS707 front flange tab and skin HS601PP is also OK, no need to drill out the rivet which may cause more problems.

Thanks,
Gus! The area dented by the rivet gun doesn't feel rough (no feeling of
any burr or scratch) when running my finger over it, I guess I will
just keep the way it is, and will check it during annual (the first
annual will be at least 4 years away :-))

I don't think they'll be a problem. You could use some scotchbrite or emery
cloth to smooth any rough edges just to minimize the chance of cracks in the
future.

It's true that drilling rivets out is to be avoided. It's pretty hard to get at that
location on the inside, so I think I would leave it alone. Punching the rivet out
will probably bend the flange further away from the skin.
