For some reason, I did the measurement again between rollers of canopy frame with canopy on. The final distance expanded a bit, about 3/8". So, I had to take the canopy off, and reajusted the frame. That was an easy part now. The measurement after readjustment is right on. I also need to replace three rivets on each side with flush head rivets. I mis-read the drawings before I guess. No big deal anyways, I got them replaced.
