I bought a 1.5" dia hole saw and enlarged the cut out on 4 seat ribs, 2 left and 2 right. Deburred and fluted two ribs. It looks like there will be a lot of deburring to do in the next few days.

Four ribs are cut, they still need to be trimmed to make the final shape

After some filing and sanding, this is the final shape
