Joint plate is match drilled to #19
The position of the fuel tank looks good, the inboard Z bracket is match drilled to tank rib flange and baffle
Leading edge is removed, the outboard Z bracket will be match drilled
Outboard Z bracket is match drilled
The tank skin and interior ribs are removed from the wing so the rest of the Z brackets can be match drilled

The baffle will be used as guide to match drill the Z brackets

All Z brackets are match drilled

The edge margin on the Z bracket looks good

Fuel tank is re-clecoed together for final drill

Fuel tank is final drilled

The skin to baffle rivet holes are countersunk. The countersunk is slightly deeper than normal to accomodate pro-seal

The screw holes are enlarged to #19

The tank skin is de-vynaled along the rivet lines
The baffle will be used as guide to match drill the Z brackets
All Z brackets are match drilled
