K1000-3 nutplates arrived today, got them installed on the Z brackets except the most inboard one
Three K1000-3 nutplates will be installed on the spar web
I had to take the countersink stopper out for clearance when countersinking the two holes adjacent to the spar cab, I need to go very slowly here to avoid over countersinking
Rivet holes for the nutplate on the spar web are countersunk
The countersunk holes are primed, and nutplates are installed

Z brackets are bolted to the spar using two bolts for each bracket

Baffle is clecoed to fuel tank assembly

Fuel tank assembly is fitted to the spar

The gap between leading and tank skins is checked, it looks good
