Finally, I got all seat ribs deburred. The asscess rib plates were then fabricated. After that, the fun began. I had F704, seat ribs, F705 and baggage ribs all clecoed. It looks like a serious structure which it is.

All seat ribs are edge deburred

Two center seat ribs are cut to make the top removable for control column installation

These two removable flange are primed

Clecoed back on the rib, the fit is good

Seat ribs are clecoed to the center section

F705 bulkhead and baggage ribs are clecoed
