I am still waiting for the comm radio. But I feel I need to finalize the panel so when the radio comes, I can start to finish up the panel and wiring (except engine monitoring system). So I removed the panel, and removed all the circuit breakes and switches. Then deburred panel, drilled the holes for intercomm. One of the screw hole was drilled very close to the edge, but since the light weight of intercomm, and the fact of there are four screws holding it, I don't think it's a problem.
Then, I worked on the vent outlet. Trimed the outlet inboard corner as instructe. But I had to also trim a lot (it seemed alot at least) of material of the panel to make the hole match. The panel work is not done yet, will continue tomorrow.
