When I bent the longerons, I didn't twist the required angle, and didn't drill the side rails F721 to the longerons either. It is time for that since I need to join the center and aft fuselage pretty soon. That is all I did tonight.

A simple way to measure the twist angle. This is before twisting

A 0.032" sheet is taped to longeron to simulate the side skin. The side rail F721R is positioned so its outboard edge is flush with the 0.032" sheet

Side rails and longerons are match drilled
