Big day today. After all the work, the thing I am buiding looks more and more like an airplane. I joined the center and after fuselage today. The process went smoother than I expected. It is not clear from plan, but I sandwiched the after fuselage bottom skin and F706 bulkhead flange between the center fuselage bottom skin and F705 bulkhead flange. When clecoeing the baggage seat ribs to F706 bulkhead, I realized that I did not cut the mid two baggage ribs aft flange for the wiring run bushing. I will have to do it when I take them apart later.

After that, I went ahead and clecoed on the side skins. After a little frustration to align the holes to the aft fuselage side skins, I found that I just need to lift the joined fuselage slightly at the overlap area, the holes will line up perfectly. The longeron bend follows the side skin nicely. A big relief for me. I also checked the twist angle by holding the firewall next to the longeron, and it seems the twist angle is also all right.

Center fuselage and aft fuse are clecoed together

It looks pretty good

F705 bulkhead sits on the longeron, the fit is good

The longeron follow the side skin pretty well on the left side

The right side longeron needs a little more bending

The right longeron now fits well

F704 bulkheads sit on top of longerons
