07-31-2012: 2.5 hrs

Clecoed the side skins on, and clamped the longerons. Then started drilling the right side longeron to side skins. A lot of holes to drill. The instruction says the distance between the forward edge of F770 skin to forward end of longeron is 3/4", so I had to trim about 1/8" off the longeron to make the distance right.

Overall, the drilling is ok, but I had a figure 8 on one of the bulkhead flange tabs. I had to deal with that later. I will make a doubler when it is time to rivet the skin to bulkhead.

I need to trim about 1/8" off the longeron
