I first installed the nutplates onto F902 fwd bulkheads. Then I clecoed on the F902 to skins. I flute the F902 a bit to have a nice fit with the skin. Then I found the F7101 reinforcement plates. Use the schotch brite wheel to smooth out the top and bottom flange edge to have it fit into the radius of the top and bottom longerons. Since I have to get all clecoes out to fit the F7101, so I used a few 470AD4 rivets to hold the F719 in place and keep it aligned with skin holes.

After clamping the F7101 and F902 together, I drilled them together. I will leave other driling later, after fabricating all spacers. It looks like other builders will have more difficult time to fit everything together if all the drilling is done now. I'll see.

F7101 gear attach web is fitted to the fuselage

The fit between F7101 and F902 is pretty good, there is no gap between them like many other builders found

The gear attach web on the right side is also fitted onto fuselage

The fit on the right side is also very good

In order to fit the gear attach web, you can't cleco the stiffener to the skin. I used some 470AD4 rivets to hold the stiffener while fitting the gear attach web
