Because I put the side skin and bottom skin in the wrong order (I put bottom skin outside of side skin), the hole on the F902 bulkhead bottom flange won't align with the hole on the lower longeron if I cleco the bulkhead to the side skin. If I cleco the flange and lower longeron together, then there is a gap between the F902 bulkhead side flange and side skin. I need to add a 0.032" shim the flange, which I did. I also removed some material from bulkhead flange to give clearance to rudder cable.
