Shawn Li's RV-7 Construction Log

Rivet baggage rib to F706 bulkhead. It is kind difficult to rivet these ribs, it had to be done in a awkward position, very tiring. Anyway, I managed to get it done. Overall, these rivets are pretty good. I put the manufactured head on the aft side of F706, so there are 2 ribs that got thinner material on the shop head side. This caused some bend up of the flange. It is not much, I won't worry about this.

I also found time to prime and painted the left side skin. I will need the skin pretty soon, and I want the paint to fully cure before I put it on fuselage.
