Instruction called to level the fuselage and get rid of any twist before drilling aft deck to longeron. To my surprise, once I leveled the center section, everywhere reads level, there is no built in twist. Great. I only used the old styled bubble lever to measure though, should be close enough.

After drilling the aft deck, and making sure there is no twist after drilling, I fabricated and drilled the two spacers. The spacer on F711 bulk head got short edge margin at the aft two end holes, but I don't worry about that because 1) it is a spacer and 2) it is a thick plate (0.125" thick) compared to the aft deck (maybe 0.032").
