I had to bite a bullet today. After looking closely at the engine mount, and drawing, I realized that I installed the two big washers on the bottom engine mount in a wrong order. The thicker LORD washer coming with the engine mounts should be installed adjacent to the engine mounting surface (fwd side of the engine mount). I installed the AN970 washer on the fwd side instead. This makes the clearance between the engine mount and engine very small, might have chaffing problem under vibration. Good thing is I still have the engine hoist here, so lifted the engine again, took out the two bolts from lower mounts, and swapped the washers. Now I have a one less thing to worry about.
