12-01-2012: 2 hrs

Clean and primed fwd cargo side wall. The two holes attached to aft side wall were not aligned with the nutplates on the aft side wall, I had to file to make oblong holes to match the nutplate. This is not desired, but should be ok for the no-structural side cover

Also, I cleaned the aft seat rib area to get ready riveting the aft seat pan. I had to enlongate the aft hole on the right outboard rib. I used JB-weld to fill the hole, and redrilled it.

Then I checked everything that I should take care before perminently riveting on the aft seat pan. They look ok.

The flange is tilted, leaving a small gap, but should be ok


Another one with small gap. Totally two flanges are not perfect.
