12-04-2011:

Finally, I got the tank baffle riveted and sealed. Overall, the results is good, other than I forgot the take one the blue-vynle. Luckily, the blue plastic is at top of fuel cap aft bay so I can get it out through the fuel cap. I was doubting if I had taken out all the plastic cover, then I reviewed the pictures I took early. Sure, there is one I didn't get rid off. I am wondering what will happen if I left the plastic inside the tank. The worse I can think of is the fuel passage at the bottom of fuel cap bay rib will be blocked. But if that happens, I can take the plastic out through the fuel cap easily. I am glad this is at such a convenient place, not somewhere else.

For the pop rivets at the Z bracket, because the pop riveter was not ground enough, I had to slightly bend the Z bracket over, elastically, to set the pop rivet. The result is better than I thought. I was trying to buy a cheap hand puller from Harbor Freight, but they all sold out. I don't want to grind my better puller too much. Glad this worked out OK.
