Worked on baffle for #1 and #3 cylinders. #1 cylinder is easy enough. #3 cylinder baffle has quite bit parts, I riveted all the small parts to the side and rear baffles, but only clecoed the side and rear baffle assemblies. It will be easier to trim the baffle if needed after fitting the cowl. Also, I need to open a hole for ignition wire harness which I don't have yet. However, fitting the rear baffle to #3 cylinder took quite bit tweaking. I scratched the engine a bit while doing this, so I put some tape on the engine to protect the paint for future removal and fitting.

The rear baffle interference with the engine grounding cable. I have to find a new home for the grounding cable

Fitting baffle caused lots of scratches on the engine paint. I taped the areas that can easily get scratched. #3 cylinder baffle is fitted

Right hand side rear baffle fits ok. I might need to trim slightly avoid chaffing

I stopped here tonight. These baffles can be put together pretty quickly. Not this is not true for the rest
