A productive day today. I mated the fuselage and wings by myself. I sprayed WD40 on the main spar and center section which make the mating quite eventless. The wing spar slid right into position. After spraying some WD40 on the hardware store bolts, the bolts were inserted with some gental tap using a rubber mallet. All went well.

To m surprise, almost everything fit perfectly without much adjustment. I am amazed how acurate the pre-punched kit is.

Four bolts are inserted to the right wing spar

Four bolts in left spar

Right rear spar fits well

Left rear spar fitts perfectly

I will measure the distance between this location on the tail to wing tip

Distance measured as 172-3/4" to the aft tip of the wing

The left wing tip is measured as 172-3/4" as well, right on

Fuselage is adjusted to be leve laterally, the level shown here is at left side

Level at right side, still showing fuselage is level laterally

Fuselage is leveled in fore-aft direction

Close-up view of the buble

Four plumb bobs are hung from the leading edge, they line up pretty well

Left wing outboard plumb bob, right above the straight line stretched between wing tips

Inboard of left wing

Inboard of right wing

Outboard of right wing

Incident angle is set

Bulble is right at the center with 3" spacer at rear spar

The 3" spacer is at rear spar

Fwd end of the level angle is aft fwd of butt joint of leading edge and top skins

Incident angle of right wing is set in similar manner, multiple locations are checked

Bulble is right the center at inboard location

Measured at outboard location

Left rear spar and wing root clamped

Right rear spar and wing root clamped
