Enlarged the hole for right flap push rod. Here is what I did. I first drilled the side skin with a 1/4" drill bit at the center of the racetrack oval pre-punched opening, then enlarged the open rivet hole on the bottom skin. Then I used step drill bit to enlarge both holes to 1/2". The rest is really get done by interatively fitting the push rod and filing off material. Overall, the result is good. I could have filed less materal on the aft end of the odd shaped hole on the bottom skin.
