I created a template using the right flap push rod hole, this makes cutting the left flap push rod hole a lot easier. After both push rod holes are cut, I moved the flap up and down a few time, it works great. The aileron needs some fine tune to match the flap, but should be an easy job.

Next, I started working on fuel vent lines. Finished the right side tonight, will do the left side tomorrow.

Template is made using right side hole

Left flap is connected to the torque tube

The left flap top skin is marked for 1/8" gap between flap and fuselage.

Left flap push rod at fully retrieved position

Right flap push rod at fully retrieved position

Thread of vent line fitting at fuselage bottom is filed

Fittings are cut at 45-degree angle

Fitting is installed

Vent line on right hand side is installed

Double bend to clear the angle and rudder cable
