Worked on fuel line today. Since the line between tank fitting and fuel valve fitting has multiple bends, it took me a while to figure out how to get the tube through the snap bushings on the center spar web. Here is what I did. I first bent the two 90-degree bends at outboard, then cut the tube so the length from the second bend is about 26". I curl the 26" tubing so I can insert and push it through the snap bushing, straighten it as it goes. Then hand bend the tube to join fuel valve fitting. I plan to use the van's supplied fuel valve, saving about $200 for other stuff.

Fuel lines are cut and trial fit to fuel valve fittings
