Picture of the firewall stiffener to bottom gusset rivet, I added one more rivet to firx the short edge margin problem. The fix was done long time ago, this is the picture to show the rivet for documentation
The painted covers
Nutplates are installed onto the covers
Heat baffle is riveted to the fwd cover
Air performance fuel pump and filter I got from Van's
Rubber cushion is installed, then the fuel pump and filter are installed to the cover using clamps
Covers are fitted to fuselage with fuel pump and filter installed
