It's been a while since I can spend so much time working on airplane on weekends. I got the plumbing done for the fuel pump and filter. Then tigtened the fittings to the fuel valve. I used Permatex high temperature thread sealant to help seal the fitting. The NPT tapered fitting doesn't have a standard torque, and the fitting need to be aligned to a certain direction so the fuel lines can be joined to the valve, so I just go by "feel". Hope there will be no leaking. We will see.

The fuel system is almost done, just need make the spacer for the fuel valve, and make some final ajustment on the tubing. Also, I need to order floscan sensor so I can install it before closing the fwd deck. Just endless little things.

Since I still don't have the tube for fuel valve spacer, I moved on to the fwd deck structure. made various parts, and got all the way to fit the fwd top skin. Great progress today.
