After three full days, the balloon is still inflated, and no sign of shrinking. The tank is leak free. I only spent an hour to install the tank on the wing skeleton, put on half bolts and screws as Vans suggested. The twist is checked again by measuring the distance between the plumb bob line and the rear spar. Difference is within 1/32", everything is good.
