Tapered HS710, bended HS710 and HS714. Trimmed HS702 flange and bended both HS702. I cut a simple cardboard for the 6-degree bend template, clamped HS710 and HS714 on vise. Didn't have mallet, so I used a hamer to hit HS710 and HS714, putting a block of wood between the hamer and the angle pieces. Worked well. While trimming the flange of HS702, I was trying to trim the flange bend so it would flush with the web after trimming. It turned out to be a mistake, I trimmed too much so I barely got the 2D edge margin required between the attaching holes between HS714 and HS702. For other flange trim, I left a little bit flange bend so enough edge margin was remained. Sent a picture to Vans about the edge margin, it is not a concern per Vans reply.
