Cover mouting brackets on the on fwd side of forward F704 buckhead are all done. I was very carefull enlarging the holes for the snap bushing.

The construction manual for fuselage is not as detailed as that for wing.  A lot of things you have to figure it out yourself. The small cover mounting brackets are actually screwed to the fwd buckhead web, with nutplates on the web stiffener. You need read the drawing very carefully to figure that out. I thought they would be riveted to the web. The other example is some holes on the forward buckhead need to be enlarged using #19 drill bit, but the manual doesn't tell you so, you need to read the drawing to figure out. I was very careful before drilling or enlarging any holes.

I was not sure if I need to rivet the F704C and F704A together at this moment. After checking other builders sites, I riveted them now.

The stiffener is cut from an aluminum angle

Cover mount brackets are primed

Shop heads look good

F704  fwd buckhead is riveted

Center line is crossing the hole center, indicating good alignment

Flush head of vertical web stiffener, the countersunk holes are touched with primer. The bottom hole was overcountersunk, I used JB weld to fill the gap

The bolts are torqued and sealed
