I marked the rivet holes on C672 per plan, the screw holes are marked as B.
With dimensions provided in drawing, the screws are appximiately between rivete holes on top skin
Rear spacer and track are drilled and clecoed
Double flush riveting looks good, this is shop head
Machined head
Rear track assembly is taped on top skin
The center line on top skin is visible through the screw hole on rear track assembly
The rear track stop in the canopy fully closed position
I need to trim the front roller tube on the canopy frame to make the canopy frame about 3/8" higher than roll bar
Desired hight difference of 3/8" between roll bar and canopy frame is achieved
Because I had to take the canopy frame on and off many times to make it fit, and riveting F721B canopy deck will be easier for that. After checking the drawing, and other builders' site, I don't think there will be any problems if I rivet it now. I was concerned that I need to drill rivets out if I rivet the canopy deck too early.
